- Once at Checkout, you will be able to choose among several shipping options.
- There is no standard shipping fee as the rate is determined by the weight of the safe, transit time and final destination.
- All shipped items require a direct or indirect signature at time of delivery, that will serve as proof of receipt.
- Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your shipping information.
- Multiple items within the same order may or may not be shipped together. For more information or specific requests please contact our customer support.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies
We at INKAS® Safes care about our client’s satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products along with superior customer support. Our goal is to make every purchase experience as smooth and efficient as possible, therefore our trained customer support team will be happy to answer any questions. Feel free to speak with our support team at 1 (877) 464 6527 between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) from Monday to Friday.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivered product or shopping experience, please contact your sales agent or our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow us up to 48 hours to follow up with your request.
- If you are unhappy with your safe for any reason, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date that you received it.
- Once INKAS® Safes receive your return request, it my take up to 3 business days to process your request.
- Only safes in brand new and resalable condition with all original packaging and documentation are eligible for return.
- For all non-defective and non-damaged safes, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping expenses. Once a return is requested, the INKAS® Safes team will provide you with a return label or other shipping instructions.
- INKAS® Safes encourage you to keep all original packaging and instructions for at least 30 days once you have received your safe. Returned safes that are missing the original packaging are subject to a 20% repackaging fee. In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please use the original packaging to send the item back to INKAS® Safes. INKAS® Safes will not be held accountable for any packaging costs associated with the returned shipping.
- All payments will be refunded to the original form of purchase, no exceptions will be made. Depending on your financial institution the refund may take up to two weeks.
- In case of returning new, non-defective or non-damaged products, a refund with deducted return shipping fees will be issued.
